Shipping Policy
At MMR TECH LABS, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the globe, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with global merchants and logistics providers to bring you the best prices. Because we ship directly from our premium manufacturing partners, we are able to pass those savings on to you.
Estimated shipping times for standard delivery:
* Estimated Shipping Time: 7 to 14 business days
Please note: This time does not include our 1–3 day processing time. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Tracking Information
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and scannable within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the email.
4. Multiple Packages
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If your order is split, you will receive tracking numbers for each individual package.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MMR TECH LABS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, or if your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window by more than 7 business days, please contact our support team at mentarimakmur2026@gmail.com with your order number, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
